Grand Prix Paderewski
About
Grand Prix Paderewski, the International Ignacy Jan Paderewski Competition of Polish Music, is an initiative that brings together young and experienced musicians around the richness of Polish classical music.
The 4th edition of the competition marks a significant milestone in our history: for the first time, the competition has crossed the borders of Spain. Two regional stages, in Zaragoza and Berlin, have already taken place. Ahead of us is the Grand Final in Warsaw, where the finalists selected by the juries of both regional editions will compete for the Grand Prix Paderewski, including the opportunity to perform with a symphony orchestra.
Our goal is to build a living cultural bridge between Poland and Europe.
We believe that Polish classical music deserves to be heard on concert stages across the continent.
The competition is open to soloists and chamber ensembles with no upper age limit, because music knows no boundaries — neither geographical nor generational.
But Grand Prix Paderewski is about more than competition. It is a space for encounters, artistic exchange, and new friendships. A place where music is not only judged, but above all shared.
